Stina: This issue is centered around the sixth chakra, what we call the third eye. How do you view the third eye?
Susan: The third eye is psychic seeing, light energy, and the light chakra. It has to do with the ability to see, and experience. Not to see clairvoyantly, with my eyes, but to see inside my mind. I use my third eye constantly on my journey, and it has always been a profound part of me. The sixth chakra has an empathic energy to it, as does light. Using my third eye, I am able to tap into people, their emotions, their feelings, and who they really are, and it has always been a powerful protective mechanism for me.
