Kate: Hi Sah! Let’s take a moment to arrive. I’m thinking we should put on “Last Dance” by Donna Summer and dance?

Sah: You and I are kindred spirits. How are you?

Kate: These last months, I have spent long stretches of time sitting still with the illuminating dark. Having been a road woman for the last six months, I feel that life is taking me into the surreal real, and quietude is my favorite food.

How do you navigate being in your body, moving with your wild spirit and essence, moving with the immense sacred appointments you have and genuinely taking care of yourself, as a human being that has other things that he wants to take care of too, like kissing, eating yummy food, and spending time with his family?
